High School for Recording Arts (HSRA) has been giving voice to and transforming the lives of formerly out of school urban young people through their passion for music and socially conscious Hip-Hop culture. 2018 marks the twentieth year of High School for Recording Arts and its student run record label, Another Level Records, which has produced both professional level student projects and creative leaders. Tony will present on HSRA's innovative programming for non traditional students, education reform and his own journey from the music business to becoming an education equity and social justice warrior.

While working with numerous national recording artists and record companies as an entertainment lawyer, Tony met David "TC" Ellis and assisted him in the formation of Studio 4/High School for Recording Arts (HSRA). During that time, he co-founded Another Level Records, the first national student-operated record label.
